Ingredients:

  • 0.5 (300 ml) can regular eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 cups hot water
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 3 eggs , slightly beten

Directions:

  1. Combine Eagle Brand, water and salt in top of double boiler; gradually stir in eggs.
  2. Cook over simmering water, stirring constantly, until mixture coats a spoon, about 20 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat at once. Cool quickly in a pan of cold water.
  4. Stir in vanilla. Pour into 4 dessert dishes. Chill.
