Smoked Sausage and Shrimp Jambalaya

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut sausage into 1/4 slices.
  2. Saute garlic, sausage, pepper, and onion until pepper is soft.
  3. Add water, rice,salt, cayenne, and Tabasco.
  4. Bring to boil and reduce heat.
  5. Simmer covered for 15 minutes.
  6. Add tomatoes and shrimp.
  7. Cook until shrimp are pink, stirring occasionally.
