Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In small mixer bowl beat cream cheese at med.
  2. Speed, scraping bowl often, until light and fluffy (2-3 min) Add salt, lemon juice, onion, and liquid smoke.
  3. Continue beating until well mixed (1-2 min).
  4. By hand, stir in salmon.
  5. Spoon into serving bowl and serve with crackers.
  6. Store refrigerated.
  7. Garnish with chives, green onions, olives, pimiento, etc.
  8. To taste.
