Directions:

  1. Cream cheese until smooth. Drain salmon, remove skin and bones.
  2. Combine all ingredients, mix well, chill.
  3. Liquid smoke if desired. Spread over croissants; top with lettuce, or spread on crackers or whole grain toast.
