Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Fry onions, garlic and pepers with cooking spray till soft, set aside.
  2. Cook ground beef and drain.
  3. Add onion mixture to beef.
  4. Stir in tomato puree, ketchup, worcestershire sauce, chilli pwd and mustard pwd.
  5. Let simmer for 8-10 minutes
  6. Spoon into ww pitas
  7. Top with cheddar, lettuce and sour cream (if using)
