Directions:

  1. Saute or steam carrots until they are cooked to your desired texture and transfer to serving bowl.
  2. Meanwhile, melt butter and mix in the honey, cinnamon and cardamom. Drizzle mixture over warm carrots. Sprinkle with chopped parsley or cilantro, if desired.
  3. Season with salt and pepper if desired. Enjoy.
