Ingredients:

  • 5 cups dried bread (15-20 slices. i usually lay the slices out on my oven racks overnight with the oven door slightly aj)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp sage
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped celery

Directions:

  1. Cube dried bread.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients except hot broth.
  3. Only add enough hot broth to moisten stuffing.
  4. Stuff turkey and roast as you normally would, making sure to follow cooking times for a stuffed bird.
