Simple Saute Scallops

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb scallops
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves crushed garlic
  • 1 finely chopped shallot
  • 1 tsp paprika

Directions:

  1. Heat saute pan, add oil.
  2. Saute garlic and shallot until tender.
  3. Add scallops sprinkle with paprika.
  4. Cook over med heat approx 15 min (depending on size of scallops) turn mid way.
  5. Enjoy!
