Simple Microwave French Onion Soup

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Slice onions.
  2. Place onions and butter in microwave-safe dish and microwave on high 4-6 minutes.
  3. Add water and seasonings to onions.
  4. Stir to combine ingredients, then microwave on high 5 minutes.
  5. Change power setting to 50% (medium) and microwave 15-20 minutes.
  6. Toast bread and place in to bowls.
  7. Ladle soup over bread, top with mozzarella cheese.
  8. Sprinkle with parmesan.
  9. Microwave 5 minutes on medium until cheese is melted.
