Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 lbs hamburger
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Mix crushed crackers, diced onion, breadcrumbs,salt, and egg.
  2. Add ketchup, mustard, and if a bite is desired, 1 tbsp crushed red peppers (hot).
  3. Add to hamburger and mix well.
  4. Cook 1 hour at 350 degrees.
