Simple Curry Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 1/2 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream

Directions:

  1. Melt butter.
  2. Blend in flour, curry powder, and salt.
  3. Slowly add hot stock and bring to boiling.
  4. Boil 2 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat
  6. Add egg yolk lightly beaten with cream.
