Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 lb shrimp

Directions:

  1. Add al ingredients to microwave safe bowl. Cover and toss. Cook for 90 seconds in microwave. Stir.
  2. Repeat three times.
  3. Serve with 1 lb pasta.
