Ingredients:

  1. On high heat, brown ground beef, onion, and garlic. Reduce heat and add seasoning (salt, pepper, and any other seasoning you like). Crumble ground beef into a casserole or baking dish, add corn, peas, and green beans. Cover evenly with mashed potatoes and scatter the grated cheddar cheese on top.
  2. Place in preheated 350°F oven and bake for 30-35 minutes. Mashed potatoes should be golden brown and cheese should be bubbly.
