Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Soak 1 cup of seeds in 2 cups of water overnight.
  2. In morning, blend in blender for 5 minutes or until smooth.
  3. Strain and pour into a jar.
  4. Note: I strain the seeds then add fresh water before blending although it's not necessary.
