Sesame Sauce (For Seitan or Tofu)

Ingredients:

  • 1/8 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch , dissolve in
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp minced gingerroot

Directions:

  1. Saute garlic and minced ginger until garlic is very light brown.
  2. Add soy sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, vegetable broth, and dissolved cornstarch.
  3. Pour over seitan or tofu.
  4. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
