Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tsp capers
  • param. cheese
  • 2 or 3 eggs
  • butter, enough to coat bottem of pan
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Break up crab, chop onions and capers. set aside. beat eggs. I omlet pan or other nonstick pan melt butter. pour in egg and top with crab, onions, and capers. when almost set sprinkle with cheese slide on to plate 1/2 way and flip.
  2. Salt and pepper to taste
