Ingredients:

  • 12 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine

Directions:

  1. Combine eggs, whipping cream, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl; beat with a wire whisk until well blended.
  2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat; add egg mixture. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until eggs are set. Serve immediately.
