Scott's Lemon Garlic Salmon

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp salmon & seafood seasoning (available at sam's club)
  • 24 oz salmon fillets or 24 oz steaks

Directions:

  1. Combine oil, water, lemon juice & seasoning in resealable plastic bag.
  2. Add salmon and marinate 30 minute to 8 hours in refrigerator.
  3. Remove fish and discard marinade.
  4. Grill or broil for 8-10 minutes or until salmon flakes easily. (No need to turn).
