  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 16 muffin cups with non-stick spray.
  2. In small saucepan,melt butter over med heat. Add chives and garlic,and cook 2 mins. Whisk in buttermilk
  3. In med. bowl,combine baking mix and cheese. Add buttermilk mixture,stirring just till dry ingredients are moistened.
  4. Spoon batter into prepared pans. Bake for 25 to 30 mins. or till golden brown. Let cool in pans for 5 mins before serving.
