Sauteed Yellow Bell Peppers

Directions:

  1. Cut 1 red onion into small wedges. Seed 2 yellow bell peppers, and slice into thin strips. Heat 1/2 tablespoon olive or canola oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion; sauté 1-2 minutes. Add pepper; cook, stirring frequently, until mixture begins to soften. Serve with tostadas.
