  1. First you want use the bulk sausage.
  2. Now cook the sausage in a pan, keep mashing with a spoon until the meat is cooked.
  3. Take off grease.
  4. Then add the onions and garlic and cook, stirring,until tender.
  5. Next add the carrots, zucchini, pepper, wine, chicken broth, tomatoes, basil, and oregano and bring to a boil.
  6. Now you can add the orzo and cook for approx. 20 minutes.
  7. This needs to be seasoned to taste with salt and pepper.
  8. Serve..
