Ingredients:

  • 1 lb sausage meet
  • 1/4 cup celery
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 1/2 tbsp summer savoury
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 6 - 10 cup course dry bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp parsley

Directions:

  1. Cook the sausage, drain and reserve the juices, add the onion, celery, salt , & pepper... Cook until onion becomes clear..
  2. Place bread cubes in large bowl, pour 1/2 cup of the sausage drippings (with grease skimmed off).
  3. Add sausage mixture, summer savory, parsley and enough chicken broth to moisten Mix together
