Ingredients:

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Cook sausages in non stick skillet,breaking apart and stirring frequently,until lightly browned
  3. Transfer to a colanderand run hot water over to wash away any excess fat.Drain well
  4. In a mixingbowl,combine soup,milk,onion,salt and pepper.
  5. In alarge casserolesprayer with vegetable oilcooking spray
  6. Layer 1/2 the potatoes,1/2 the soup mixture,and 1/2 the sausage
  7. Repeat layers,ending with sausage
  8. Stream butter buds over the top lightly
  9. Bake for 1 1/2 hours or untilpotatoes are tender.
  10. Sprinkle with cheese,return to the oven for another 15 min
