Another quick and easy dish Ingredients:
1 lb turkey sausage |
1 (10 3/4 ounce )can healthy request cream of mushroom soup |
3/4 cup skim milk |
1/2 cup chopped oinion |
1/2 tsp salt |
1/4 tsp pepper |
3 cups thinly sliced potatoes |
butter buds |
1/2 lb shredded fat free cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 2. cook sausages in non stick skillet,breaking apart and stirring frequently,until lightly browned 3. transfer to a colanderand run hot water over to wash away any excess fat.Drain well 4. In a mixingbowl,combine soup,milk,onion,salt and pepper. 5. In alarge casserolesprayer with vegetable oilcooking spray 6. layer 1/2 the potatoes,1/2 the soup mixture,and 1/2 the sausage 7. repeat layers,ending with sausage 8. stream butter buds over the top lightly 9. bake for 1 1/2 hours or untilpotatoes are tender. 10. sprinkle with cheese,return to the oven for another 15 min |
