Sausage And Cheese Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325
  2. Using non stick spray, coat 9x13 baking dish
  3. In skillet, add red pepper and sausage
  4. Crumble meat and cook through
  5. Set aside
  6. In mixing bowl, combine eggs, mustard, milk, salt and pepper
  7. Set aside
  8. Add 1/2 bread cubes to bottom of baking dish
  9. Sprinkle with 1/2 of meat mixture
  10. Sprinkle 1/2 of cheese to top of meat
  11. Repeat layering with the rest of the bread, meat mixture and then cheese
  12. Pour egg mixture evenly over entire casserole
  13. Bake 60 minutes uncovered. (Tent with foil if top becomes too brown)
