Ingredients:

  • 1 lb chicken
  • 16 oz salsa
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Directions:

  1. Brown chicken in small amount of oil.
  2. Take chicken out of pan and add salsa, cream cheese taco seasoning and water stated on taco packet.
  3. Combine then put chicken back in pan.
  4. Simmer 10 minutes.
  5. Serve over rice or in flour tortillas.
