Russian Cream With Mixed Berries In Red Sauce

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Bloom the gelatin by sprinkling over the cold water and let sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Combine cream and sugar in a saucepan. Bring to a simmer over low heat until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat.
  3. Heat the gelatin over a bain marie until it dissolves. Whisk the gelatin into the whipping cream mixture and combine with sour cream, vanilla and lemon juice until smooth.
  4. Pour into a nice glass bowl or parfait dessert glasses.
  5. Cover and chill for about an hour or until it sets up.
  6. For Berry Topping:
  7. Warm 1/2 cup of Red Seedless Raspberry Jam in the Mircowave or On the Stovetop (not hot) and Stir Making A Sauce
  8. Now Mix All of the Berries in A Bowl Together, Pour All of the Sauce Over the Top and Gently Mix until Berries Are Covered with Sauce.
  9. When Russian Cream is Set and Ready to Serve Spoon the Sauce Over The Tops of Your Parfaits!

  11. If You Really Wanna Be A Hit-Splash Just A Little Champagne Over The Top of the Berries) But You Didn't Here That From Me!
