Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 lb small red potatoes , scrubbed and quartered

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 450 degrees. Toss potatoes, butter, salt, and pepper in jellyroll pan. Arrange in single layer. Roast on bottom oven rack 45-50 min til golden brown and tender.
