Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 large eggs, beaten

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Scald milk and butter - let cool.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients in a blender until smooth - add cooled milk and butter.
  4. Pour into a 9 inch pie plate.
  5. Optional - Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top.
  6. Bake for 40-50 minutes.
