Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. For Teriyaki Chicken:
  2. Mix the marinade.
  3. Pour the marinade over the chicken and marinate for at least 1/2 hour.
  4. Dust chicken with corn flour and sauté in pan till lightly burnt. Pour away excess oil.
  5. Pour the remaining marinade for the chicken in the pan.
  6. Cook till the sauce thickens.
  7. Remove and serve hot.

  9. For Pork Patties with Vegetables:
  10. Mix all ingredients together.
  11. Heat the pan with 2 teaspoon oil.
  12. Scoop some mixture and press out flat on the pan.
  13. Pan fry one side till you see the side facing up turns white on the edge before flipping.
  14. Pan fry the other side till cook.
  15. Dish and serve.
  16. Note:
  17. You can choose not to use fish paste. Then you have to add 1 teaspoon of light soy sauce and corn flour.
  18. You may use any other vegetables you wish.
  19. FOR BOTH:
  20. Place lettuces on the bottom followed by tomatoes
  21. Now place the chicken or the pork followed by onions and Mayonnaise or tomato sauce
  22. Press some rice and shape it into a circle and top it.
  23. Use a piece of nori to wrap it.
