Red Cabbage Slaw

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb carrot
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 1/3 cup lime juice
  • 2 tbsp salt

Directions:

  1. Quarter and core red cabbage. Slice thinly.
  2. Peel and grate carrots. Chop cilantro.
  3. Toss all ingredients together. Let stand 1 hour. Toss again.
