Raspberry Glazed Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup raspberry jam
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp clove
  • 1/4 tsp allspice

Directions:

  1. Brown chicken pieces in skillet.
  2. Transfer to baking dish.
  3. Mix remaining ingredients and cook over low heat until jam is melted and glaze is hot.
  4. Pour over chicken pieces.
  5. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes.
