From the Church Potluck Supper Cookbook Ingredients:
1 roasting chicken, cut up |
2/3 cup raspberry jam |
1/4 cup vinegar |
1/4 cup water |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 teaspoon dry mustard |
1/4 teaspoon clove |
1/4 teaspoon allspice |
Directions:
1. Brown chicken pieces in skillet. 2. Transfer to baking dish. 3. Mix remaining ingredients and cook over low heat until jam is melted and glaze is hot. 4. Pour over chicken pieces. 5. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes. |
