Directions:

  1. Brown ground beef and green pepper. Drain.
  2. Add remaining ingredients.
  3. Bring to a boil, reduce heat.
  4. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
  5. Top with cheese and sour cream. Serve with corn bread or corn muffins.
  6. Optional: you can also add black beans, kidney beans, or whole kernel corn.
