Directions:

  1. Combine all until smooth and place mixture in small hallowed out pumpkin.
  2. Chill well.
  3. Place pumpkin on serving plate and surround with ginger snap cookies or slices of gingerbread, graham crackers or fresh fruit.
  4. May also be used as a sandwich filling and great with peanut butter too!
