Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup honey
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup pumpkin
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Cream butter and honey.
  2. Beat in egg, vanilla, and pumpkin.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  4. Drop by tablespoons onto a greased cookie sheet.
  5. Bake at 350* for 15 minutes.
