Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine bran and milk and mix.
  2. Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
  3. Add pumpkin, eggs, apple sauce and vanilla to bran and milk mixture.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix.
  5. Spoon into greased muffin tins, and bake at 400F for 20 minutes.
