Pumpkin Applesauce Waffles

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup pancake mix
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup applesauce
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients, adding more water or mix if necessary. Pour 1/2 Cup of batter on the waffle iron and bake until golden brown. Serve with butter and maple syrup.
