Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lbs pork tenderloin
  • 1 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 cup cilantro
  • 1 1/2 tsp olive oil

Directions:

  1. Cut up pork into small pieces
  2. Chop onion
  3. Mix in bowl with spices, cilantro, and vinegar
  4. Cook in pan until done
