Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown pork.
  2. Mix with next 4 ingredients.
  3. In separate bowl mix chicken broth, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger and pepper.
  4. Pour over pork mixture and mix well.
  5. Put appproximately 1/4 cup on each egg roll wrapper and roll.
  6. These can either be fryed or brush lightly with oil and bake in oven till brown and crisply.
