Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine onion, garlic, chilies and cilantro in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add lime juice and salt then set aside.
  3. Place avocados in another bowl and mash with a fork.
  4. Fold in onion mixture and pomegranate arils keeping texture firm.
  5. Put plastic wrap over the guacamole touching the entire surface until ready to serve.
