Polish Cucumber Salad - Mizeria

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Peel and thinly slice cucumber.
  2. Place in a colander, sprinkle with salt and allow to drain for half an hour.
  3. Rinse under cold water, drain in colander then dry on paper towels.
  4. Add thinly sliced onions to cucumber and gently toss.
  5. Arrange cucumber, onion mixture in a dish.
  6. Prepare the dressing with sour cream and lemon juice and pour it over the cucumber and onion.
  7. Stir gently.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  9. Sprinkle with dill just before serving.
