Cucumber Salad (Acar Ketimun)

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 medium onion, sliced
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tbsp sugar

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together. If you prefer a little heat, you can add slices of hot chili peppers to taste.
  2. Chill and marinate at least 30 minutes before serving.
