Ingredients:

  • 1 bottle long island riesling
  • 1 cup sugar

Directions:

  1. Peel and dice fruit. Place Riesling in saucepan, add sugar, basil and fruit. Simmer slowly until fruit is tender. Cool and serve over ice cream.
