Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut up the pork into 1 pieces
  2. Combine the pineapple juice, vinegar, sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger, and marinate the pork in it for 1 hour
  3. Drain and pat the pork dry
  4. Get a large saute pan very hot and add the olive oil.
  5. Quickly brown the pork on all sides
  6. Pour in the marinade and add the mangos and onion.
  7. Cook on low, covered, for 30 minutes.
  8. Add The red pepper and fresh pineapple and cook for 5 minutes, until the peppers are crisp/tender
