Ingredients:

  • 1 lb butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 -5 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Cream together the butter, sugar and egg yolks.
  3. Add in the flour, salt and vanilla.
  4. Use your cookie press with the poinsettia disc on it and press cookie onto cookie sheet. Put a small piece of cherry in the center.
  5. Bake for about 8 minutes.
