Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup. butter or margarine
  • 1 cup. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup. plain flour
  • 3 tbsps. cocoa
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 cup. broken pecans

Directions:

  1. Melt butter, add sugar and beat.
  2. Add eggs and beat well.
  3. Add flour, cocoa, vanilla and beat again.
  4. Add pecans and pour into pie plate (9 inches).
  5. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes or until done.
  6. Serve with vanilla ice cream on each pie slice.
