Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Cream margarine and cheese; add sugar. Beat until fluffy.
  2. Add eggs and flavoring; beat well.
  3. Sift dry ingredients and add milk, then add to cheese mixture.
  4. Spread evenly in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
  5. Sprinkle topping on cake.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees F for 35 minutes.
