Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat the broiler.
  2. Toast the English muffins in the broiler or toaster until they're golden brown and crisp.
  3. Arrange the muffins, cut side up, on a rimmed baking sheet.
  4. Stir the herbs into the tomato sauce and spread 2 tablespoons of the sauce over each English muffin half.
  5. Top off the pizzas with pepperoni, dividing it evenly; sprinkle each with mozzarella and top with the oregano.
  6. Place the pizzas under the broiler for about 2 minutes, until the cheese melts and the pepperoni is sizzling.
  7. Serve warm.
