Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup. firmly packed brown sugar - no reason why you couldn'tsp use brown sugar splenda
  • 3/4 cup. raisins
  • 1/2 cup. chopped walnuts
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 13 cup. skim milk

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Spray an 8 glass baking dish with Pam. In large bowl, combine oats, sugar, raisins, walnuts, cinnamon and salt. Mix well.
  2. In medium bowl, combine milk, egg whites, oil and vanilla. Mix well.
  3. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix well. Pour into baking dish.
  4. Bake 60 minutes or until center is set and firm to touch. Cool slightly. Serve topped with milk or yogurt and fresh fruit if desired.
  5. NOTE: Be sure to use certified gluten-free oats to make this gf.
